At Vectoxis AI, we build AI-powered software that helps organizations automate complex business operations. Our pricing is designed to be clear, predictable, and transparent, with no hidden fees or unexpected charges.
Current Product — CollectIQ
CollectIQ is an AI-powered Accounts Receivable and Collections SaaS platform for businesses.
14-Day Free Trial — limited resources and usage
Founding Plan — US$99/month, billed monthly
Additional plans and products may become available in the future.
Free Trial
Some Vectoxis AI products may include a free trial.
Where offered, the trial duration and included features will be clearly displayed before you subscribe.
Unless otherwise stated, no payment is required until the trial ends. If payment information is collected for a trial, you will be informed before starting the trial, and your subscription will begin only after the trial period ends unless cancelled beforehand.
Trial availability may vary between products and may be limited to new customers.
Subscription Plans
Vectoxis AI products are offered as recurring subscription services.
Available plans, features, usage limits, and pricing are shown on the applicable product pricing page. CollectIQ is currently offered on a 14-day free trial followed by the US$99/month Founding Plan.

Payment Processing
Paddle — our Merchant of Record
Payments are securely processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for processing payments, managing applicable taxes (where required), issuing invoices and receipts, and handling payment compliance.
Depending on your location, your bank statement may reference Paddle rather than Vectoxis AI.
Taxes
Applicable taxes, including VAT, GST, or sales tax, may be calculated and collected by Paddle where legally required.
Any applicable taxes will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled.
Billing dates are determined by your original purchase date.
Accepted Payment Methods
Available payment methods depend on your location and may include:
- Major credit cards
- Debit cards
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- PayPal
- Other payment methods supported by Paddle
Available options are displayed during checkout.
Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Renewal charges are processed using your selected payment method.
Upgrades
You may upgrade your subscription at any time.
Depending on the product and billing cycle:
- Charges may be prorated,
- Billing may adjust immediately, or
- Changes may take effect at the next billing period.
Details are displayed before confirmation.
Downgrades
Downgrades generally become effective at the beginning of the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
Certain premium features may no longer be available after the downgrade becomes effective.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
Unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy, cancellation does not automatically generate a refund for payments already processed.
You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current paid billing period.
Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed, we may:
- Retry the payment,
- Notify you,
- Temporarily limit certain features,
- Suspend access until payment is successfully completed.
Repeated failed payments may result in account suspension or subscription cancellation.
Enterprise Plans
Enterprise customers may receive:
- Custom pricing
- Annual contracts
- Negotiated terms
- Guided onboarding support
- Priority support
- Custom usage limits

Price Changes
We may update subscription pricing from time to time.
If your existing subscription is affected, reasonable notice will be provided before the new pricing takes effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law.
Price changes do not affect billing periods that have already been paid.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing any subscription.
Security
All payments are processed through Paddle using secure, industry-standard payment infrastructure.
Vectoxis AI does not store your full payment card information.
